Are you part of Garcia Hair Lounge?No, I operate as an independent freelancer, renting a chair within Garcia Hair Lounge. This allows me the flexibility to set my own schedule and work independently, ensuring my clients receive a salon experience with my personalised expertise. Please note that appointments can only be booked through my website and not through Garcia Hair Lounge directly.

What does unisex or gender-neutral pricing mean?My pricing is based on my experience and the time dedicated to each service, irrespective of gender. I believe in offering equal pricing to all, aligning with the changing trends in the hairdressing industry. This reflects a modern and transparent approach to pricing.

Can I request a silent appointment?Following your consultation, I will work on your hair service in complete silence, allowing you to relax and enjoy the experience. When making a booking, simply write "silent appointment" in the notes section and I'll take care of the rest.

Do you offer colour services?I no longer offer colour services and have chosen to focus exclusively on my speciality - which is cutting!

Do you offer free consultations?I believe in offering every client a personalised and tailored experience. A complimentary consultation will allow me to take the time to understand your style preferences, lifestyle and hair goals. Choose between a 15-minute video or in-person appointment to ensure we create the perfect plan for your needs.

What products do you use for hair treatments?I exclusively use L’Oreal Professional and Olaplex products to ensure stunning transformations that prioritise the health and vitality of your hair.

Can I bring a photo for hairstyle inspiration?Absolutely! This will ensure a smooth appointment and will provide me with a clear understanding of your hair goals.

How often should I cut my hair?For optimal maintenance, it is recommended to book appointments every 8-12 weeks.

Why am I redirected to Treatwell?As part of the online booking process, I use the convenience and security of Treatwell to schedule my clients. Following the “Book appointment” link will take you directly to my Treatwell page to ensure a smooth booking experience.

What is your booking policy?If you have secured your appointment on my website or Treatwell, a full payment is required at the time of booking. If you have booked over email or WhatsApp, a 20% non-refundable booking fee or full payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 80% payment will be taken after your appointment is complete. Please note that I accept pre-paid payments via my Treatwell page and bank transfer only.

What is your cancellation policy?I understand that unexpected events can occur, so if you need to reschedule, I kindly ask to give me at least 72 hours' notice. Any changes made in less than 72 hours will impact my ability to fill your appointment, resulting in your non-refundable booking fee being lost. A new deposit is required to secure your new appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% charge of the full payment.

What if I’m running late?Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a complete and relaxing service. If you find yourself running late, I will make every effort to accommodate you. However, in cases of significant lateness, please understand that rescheduling may be necessary for the best experience.
